Who we are The Greater New Orleans Football Officials Association (GNOFOA) is a New Orleans-based organization of amateur football officials from of all walks of life – educators, firefighters, police officers, dentists, lawyers, accountants, federal and state employees, healthcare professionals, salespeople, engineers, students, IT professionals, business owners, and others.
